I went to Verizon to purchase a new phone case and was greeted promptly and was in and out quickly. It was an absolute wonderful experience. Justin Boswell is a great addition to this fine team.
While I`m not a wireless customer, I am a local 1st time published author and these people are phenomenal in their customer as well as community service. I observed such outstanding interactions and knowledgeable sharing beyond my own desires to achieve thus rate them beyond excellent, well beyond. Treasure such personnel accordingly because they are people oriented !!!
I was able to purchase the item I needed. And it has served me well. I did not like the service at all. The staff was half-interested in me and made assumptions about what I needed without finding out what my actual need was. I had to lead them to what I wanted.
Went to this store in February of 2017 to purchase a screen protector for my iPhone. The charged my like $50.00 but said that it came with a lifetime warranty and all I had to do was come back to the store if it broke or tore and they would replace it with a new one. I did just that in June and they replaced it with no problem. Went back in August and they said they no longer do that. They would have to order the new screen protector and I would have to pay shipping on it. That is not how it is was offered to me originally and I think it is sad they will not live up to their promises. I will drive the hour distance to deal with a Verizon Corporate store instead of an authorized retailer.
