Waitress was great, so was the food. We had a wonderful time!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Very (very very very) rarely have I seen customer service so poor that it border=lined on walking out without a tip at all or a waitress so invested on collecting unemployment. Aside from the poor service the salad bar was on par with an empty refrigerator: 8 different types of dressing and iceburg lettuce, overly large cut tomatoes, teeth-breaking croutons, and a variety of mislabeled sides.
Poor service and poor salad bar. We tried this location a few days ago and I'm ashamed to say it's one of three places that I've only tipped 10% in my life. This location appeared to be well staffed with approximately 2 people seating, 5 waiting tables, and 1 (+1 trainee) busing tables.
We were immediately seated but it took about 10 minutes for the hostess to circle back around to get our drink order since our waitress, Cheyenne, was nowhere to be found. We had our order, two salad bars, and a country fried steak and onion rings, already determined before being seated, but it took an additional 10 minutes before our waitress made herself available. After placing our order we waited an additional 25 minutes before the order of country fried steak and onion rings was available. As is common courtesy the two other people at the table didnt eat until everyone had been served. When Cheyenne brought the order we request ketchup since there was none at the table. Our empty drink glasses went unnoticed. After 15 minutes of waiting for ketchup I picked up a bottle from the adjacent table that had two bottles. 5 minutes later a manager stopped by and asked if we needed anything to which we replied that we were waiting for a drink refill. We never saw her again for the rest of the night. 10 minutes after the manager ghosted us Cheyenne came back with ketchup. 15 minutes later she came back asking us if we were ready for dessert, when we declined (there's fruit on the salad bar) she presented us the check and wished us well on our way home.
Travel to Maysville to see the specialist. We always stop at Frisch's. Good food, fast and friendly service.
Great quality and value. Great salad bar and breakfast bar
The only redeeming qualities is that it's accessible from the interstate, has abundant parking, and the bathrooms are reasonably clean.
Ordered the chicken breast. It came swimming in oil. Nothing but the over priced salad bar for people trying to eat lean. I used three napkins getting the oil off my chicken. Staff was very nice and helpful.
