I had a problem with a flooring estimate but after speaking with Terry (I was told he was the install guru) he came up with a solution and Marsha in Customer Service - following Terry's instruction - very efficiently and with great customer service made me a happy customer. I appreciate both of these employees for the excellent job they did!
Not a big selection of 72" bath tub doors, but otherwise helpful. Usually has what I need and the associates are generally friendly and helpful.
Today was the most horrible service I've ever experienced in my entire life at Lowes in Maysville Ky. The store manager that I spoke to name is Blake. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of building materials pressure washers garden tillers tools and this guy would not even give me the time of day-to listen to my concern. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to him and then he said he couldn't find me in the system after looking for another 10 mins. I gave Blake my lowes credit-card that I put my pressure washer and my tiller on to use to look me up and he said he couldn't do it that way. I showed him the broken tiller and the pressure washer that I had loaded in the back of my truck to try to explain the concerns and all he could say was to call the company's when I get home that there's nothing he could do for me. I ask if he could do anything for me to help me with getting a part or something that was broke and he simply stated no.. wow, unbelievable horrible manager skills. I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau reporting the lows in Maysville and also disputing my credit-card payment to lowes for this equipment .
They always have what I need are very courteous and willing to help you have bought numerous appliences if doesn't work they help fix it or give you new one
In rural area good to have high quality 6 inch paint rollers for painting fence. Lowe's doesn't. Home Depot does. 3/4 inch nap or better would be good.
