For the longest time, I've been avoiding GC since my first horrendous haircut at the haircut chain. I decide to give it another chance at a different location, I was not disappointed during the first visit, but during my second visit, I encountered a very rude employee who was cutting my hair with such disgusting attitude (basically spraying my face with the water bottle, shoving my head when cutting, last but not the least, didn't even put the cover on me properly to avoid the cut hair from falling on my lap). I had my cut hair all over my pants. Upon requesting her to adjust the hair that were not cut properly, she practically shrugged her should and let out a loud sigh. I know haircut is a service that depends on the each individual stylist but I have a firm belief that GC employees are not as professional in this business as many of their competitors. I have decided not to go to any GC location again even if they were to offer me free haircuts.
My sons hair had long pieces sticking out. When I ask her to go over the area again she was rude and told me it looked fine. My daughter was getting her hair cut at the same time and they added bangs with out asking! It was a bad experience.

The stylist were sharp and witty when they did the snippy snippy.
