We went in looking for a deal on an electric stove. The manager stepped up, walked us around, answered all of our questions, but never once made us feel like he was trying to upsell... just explained everything really well, as this is our first time purchasing a stove. We could not have been happier with the service, and the warranty we were offered is by far the best I have ever heard of. Way to go guys! and Thank you for your help!!!
He listened to the details of what I wanted and guided me towards several options. He gave us time to think about the options. No pressure to buy.
When we decided, he explained some different options and explained Big Sandy's free delivery and set up policy. They will even haul away the packaging trash.

Very professional and informative. We knew what we were looking for but still had a couple questions when purchasing a new cook stove. We weren't bumrushed right in the door as we have been in some stores. The friendly sales staff was on point with no rush and gave us a good breakdown of options and comparisons without being long winded. We went with almost the cheapest option and declined any finance, and still not one word or look of anyone pushing a product on us. This was a very good experience for us and we will return for future appliance and furniture needs.
The whole process was friendly and painless. ;) I will certainly do more business with them again.
After confirming with the sales associate prior to our arrival at the store that we needed to purchase in stock appliances and then confirming again upon arrival to the store, the appliances availability; we then purchased the appliances. The hard realization then came shortly after when the on site warehouse inventory was incorrect and the appliances we just purchased were unavailable as promised. This was a huge disappointment. A higher priced in stock item then needed then to be purchased to fill a critical need. Well played Big Sandy, well played.
