I called to order flowers to be delivered to my mom. Customer service was great. HOWEVER, my mom called the next day relaying a message from the florist. My credit card was declined. How embarrassing!!! They couldn't reach me, so they called the recipient?! Turns out, they wrote my card number down incorrectly. Why in God's name would you call the recipient for payment? Sorry, they lost my business forever.
Carol Jeans Flowers has been my choice of florist.Using Carol Jean for several years and I can tell everyone, they are my first and the only choice of florist when I call for flowers for friends and family, they will provide a beautiful arrangement for any reason. I am surprised no other comments occurred from other users of this wonderful business. I live in Florida and all I have to do is call and you can count on this business providing excellent flowers and on occasion they go the distance and provide candy for a Dad that loved candy.
