Always have to wait for sales agent to get to you. No where to sit. Sales staff is not adequately knowledgeable.

I just received a call from my father, explaining that when he went to the Maysville store around 2pm, two associates told him he couldn't get a sim card or Go/prepaid plan for his unlocked Nexus 5. They tore the back off of the phone instead of taking out the sim tray first, then forced the sim tray out with their fingernail. They kept telling him it wouldn't work and turned him away along with the profit ATT could have made, yet here's the kicker... I used my own sim card to test his phone when I bought it as a gift for him, and it worked. My phone is also an unlocked Nexus 5 and I have a Go plan through ATT. My husband also had an unlocked N5 before he upgraded to an unlocked N6 and he has a Go plan as well. If we would have been turned away, ATT would have lost over $100 a month, and who knows how much money ATT has already lost out on if more people with unlocked, functional phones like ours were turned away. StraightTalk is popular with a lot of people for many reasons and this could be one of them.
