I personally have been trying to get away from all Wal-Mart stores they have gotten to the point they think they can't be touched. Whenever I try to use coupons they can never get right exactly what it's for and it says on the coupon not hard to understand. Then I found out a couple of weeks ago they quit comping anything so needless to say my Christmas shopping was done on line with out Wal-Mart included. They stopped price matching back in October just in time for Christmas good job Wal-Mart's
There are good prices on some things. Personally, I've gotten a couple of awesome deals. However, most prices aren't better than other places. And, nothing is ever on its place. Prices are off on things, the store trends to a new, it takes forever to get any kind of help if it's needed. And one time i received great service, in the garden section, i tried to tell a manager, and he pretty much blew me off. If you have an employee going all out, and you can't take the time to listen to a compliment, doing be surprised when you have people complain about dirty stores, mis priced items, and bad service.
It's funny that I got this email today because, I rely on using your scooters for handicapped people. It would help if your greeters had little 2-way radios to commicate with each other so that if a customer comes in at one end and needed a scooter and there wasn't one then the greeter could radio to the other end to see if there was one at the other end. I know that customers can't ask for everything but your handicapped customers need this to shop in your store. We need your help. Thank you!
