I went here on a whim after Walmart took 2 hours to tell me they didn't have the filter needed to change my oil. Now this is the only place I go to have my oil changed! It may be a few dollars more expensive than Walmart, but I am willing to pay that for the quality provided here. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in line and even better, you stay in your car through the entire process which is typically 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place for quick and exceptional service!
The parking lot has potholes all over the place. The automatic, touchless car wash doesn't work well at all. I won't be going back as long as it's still in its current state of disrepair.

There are a lot of broken or ineffective washing instruments and you have to drive through the wash yourself. $12 for someone to spray the car with a hose and then wipe it down with a dirty towel. A gas station car wash would be superior I think.
Will never waste my money here again , paid 6.00 for the auto matic wash ,it wouldn't work ,I go in the office to find no one call the number and the lady said ,oh it must need reset , instead of resetting it she said wait in line and I'll get the boys to take care of it , I didn't have 40 minutes more to wait and she refused to credit me my money. ,it's only $6 but it was my money they got for no service , the elderly man on a cane waiting on his car Said he will never be back either , to slow and poor quality from now on it's bluejay only , lesson learned ,don't stop at Southgate car wash , it Should be called Southgate washless , no service ,no refund
