Very unfriendly and rude over the phone. Need a course on customer service and how to be respectful to others. I came out to look at a vehicle and couldn't get anyone to wait on me so I left. Ended up going to Jeff Wyler in Ft Thomas. Friendly and respectful.

Cars lool like nothing in the picture we went to go check out the mustang they had and it was completely trashed paint was pealing off and inside was bad and needs a new front bumper...other cars were also in bad condition...go somewhere else
Came in out of town with busted wipers. Mann Chrysler found the problem. A previous repair done by another shop in GA had mis wired a wire. Not only did they fix the wire issue but they fixed what I thought I had fixed, correctly and got my wipers working again. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys!
